Interesting snippet from Mark Noble about his attitude.
Was just reading an interview Mark Noble had with Jamie Redknapp. Quite interesting but I really enjoyed reading about when he came up against Arnie when we played Stoke - not that it did us any good! It shows his attitude and commitment anyway.

"We were losing and he was rolling his foot across the ball, doing the rabonas, the lot. I wiped him out on purpose and then I pulled him up by his hair.

"He stood up… he looked about 6ft 5in! I was like a 12-year-old next to him'.

Re: Interesting snippet from Mark Noble about his attitude.
He's a great professional and very committed to the club. His club.

I agree with most of the comments but, in recent years, he's made really poor/slow starts to the season before finding his form again which concerns me.

I think that to blame his team-mates and/or a lack of quality around him is a bit of a lazy excuse. He needs to take a look at himself. Our team now is pretty much the same as it was at the start of the season. Whether it's a lack of fitness or players not wanting to play for Bilic - or a combination of both - I don't know.

Still, he's playing well again now so long may that continue.

He hasn't't looked as good as he has for a while against Huddersfield, he was absolutely top drawer.

The Interview he gave with Redknapp was brilliant.

a West Ham legend that most of us have never seen.

Not a player than can play with shit players but shines when playing with good players. He needs players to run beyond and he can pass - it’s when we are static that he looks sideways and back and that’s because he wants to look after the ball.

Even through dips in form and under heavy criticism he has never hidden, he still always want the ball and in the big picture wants the best for club and it’s fans.

He is a credit to himself and the club and i’m happy that we actually have someone who gives a shit about our club and represents us with pride.

Up there as an all time favourite for me.

I rarely care about personalities away from sport/entertainment, but reading a bit more about him seems to indicate that he's a top bloke.

Indeed.

I wish his testimonial was available to view online. It was enormous fun and my son hasn't seen it.

the amount of stick Noble has taken is unreal on here at times, and now everyone can see under Moyes what a difference he makes to us. He is and has been an awesome player for us.

That reminds me.

Also the bit about sharing his bonuses (and insisting other players do the same) to give club staff a bit extra says it all really. Top bloke, never doubted that to be honest.
